On Friday, Dec. 20 in May Hall’s Dorothy Stickney Auditorium, graduate Rachael Solberg will say farewell to her fellow Dickinson State University graduates in the school’s fall commencement ceremony, for which she is one of the speakers.
Writing her speech was hard.
“It was a lot of good reflecting, a lot of good memories brought up, but also just really hard,” she said. “I’m so excited to graduate and go forward, but it’s a hard place to leave.”
