Bucking national trends of rising tuition and fees, Dickinson State University (DSU) is proud that we have frozen our tuition and course fees for the next two years. 

Yes, you read that correctly. For the upcoming two academic years of 2021-22 and 2022-23, DSU will charge our students the same tuition and fees that we charged in 2020-21!

New study estimates University System economic impact at nearly $5.5 billion for Fiscal Year 2019

BISMARCK, N.D. – The economic impact of the North Dakota University System (NDUS) on the state has risen to an estimated $5.5 billion for Fiscal Year 2019, according to a recent report by North Dakota State University’s Department of Agribusiness and Applied Economics. The economic impacts include both direct and secondary expenditures.

UNIVERSITY SYSTEM LAUNCHES SMART RESTART TASK FORCE

BISMARCK, N.D. – To help guide best practices as recommended by the Governor Doug Burgum’s ND Smart Restart plan as well as comply with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, the North Dakota University System has launched a task force led by Dr. Joshua Wynne to implement a three-tiered approach to re-opening North Dakota campuses. Wynne is currently serving as the interim president of the University of North Dakota and the vice president for the university’s School of Medicine & Health Sciences. The task force held its first meeting Friday of last week.

The North Dakota Student Association (NDSA) held its April General Assembly meeting at Minot State University April 26-27, 2019. At this meeting, student representatives of the 11 North Dakota University System (NDUS) institutions gathered to collaborate for their fellow students for the last time this academic year. In addition to their meeting, they held the 2018-2019 awards ceremony, which honored five elected award recipients and their work to enhance the organization’s efforts.

James “Phil” Wisecup visited the Business Ethics and Critical Thinking class as a guest speaker Thursday, April 11. Wisecup is the North Dakota University System’s vice chancellor of strategy and strategic engagement. Prior to this role, he was a vice-admiral for the Navy, serving as the 52nd president of the US Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. Wisecup talked to the students about his role as the Inspector General of the Navy.
