Glenice Hansen, BSN, MS and Dale Hansen, DDS have generously donated $100,000 to Dickinson State University’s (DSU) Department of Nursing. This gift, the largest ever given to the department, will support the renovation of the entire second floor of Murphy Hall, which will become the Glenice Hansen Nursing Center in honor of the family’s gift.

The Blue Hawk family is growing! Enrollment increases at Dickinson State
The numbers are in and it’s official: Dickinson State University’s (DSU) campus is growing. According to the official fourth-week census, taken Monday, Sept. 20, 2021, the 269 new freshmen continue the upward trend in enrollment. This is a 10% increase over last year’s 244 first-year students and makes the largest incoming class in five years.

U.S. News & World Report released their 2022 Best Colleges rankings Monday, Sept. 13, and Dickinson State University (DSU) ranked No. 4 for Top Public Schools – Regional Colleges (Midwest). This is the sixth consecutive year U.S. News has included DSU in its list of top colleges.
